My dog is notoriously anxious at the vet, frequently experiencing panic attacks and having to be carried and held throughout appointments. The team at Grantham St vet were exceptionally kind, taking the time to meet her at the door and calm her down before she came in. They did this without any prior warning of her issues and knew exactly what to do to help. I have never seen my dog so confident and HAPPY at the vet and it is all because of the team’s caring and calm manner. When my dog got taken for blood tests, I could hear them through the door speaking to her in the sweetest and most gentle way, reassuring her and giving her so much love. It was incredibly heartwarming to witness the genuine care this team has for animals. I could not speak highly enough of them. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making my little girl feel so loved and content. For the first time in her 8 years of life, she walked out of the vet with a wagging tail and a happy heart.

Grantham Street Vets these peeps are just awesome! From the moment you walk in you are at ease as your greeted with a cheerful smile yet a real concern for your sick pet frim receptionists to the Top Dog this is a great place to bring your pets! Thankyou one and all at Grantham St Vets. Xxxx

They came to our home to assist us in saying goodbye to our beloved dog of 12 years. They were so kind, gentle & accomodating. I called the vet a couple of times because we had to change dates & time of our appointment. They were so patient & really tried their best to work within our limits. I couldn't recommend a more caring team.

Have always found the team at Grantham St friendly, caring and honest in their care of our cat and dog. They were also very kind when I phone about an injured rat I found at the park and said to bring it in and they would “help him on his way” if need be. Lovely and caring animal people ❤️

We said goodbye to our beautiful old cat Harold at home recently. It was such a peaceful non rushed goodbye wth plenty of time for cuddles between each step. As sad as it was it was a very non stressful time for Harold. Thank you Rachel & Kelly

My Ruby Tuesday has been with these guys for over 10yrs. In that time she has been through some scary times with Pancreatitis and then hypercalcemia needing a thyroid and parathyroid removal. The staff at Grantham Street Vets have been life saving, professional's and very caring helping out wherever they can. Yep Gold Stars all round.

Could not recommend their services more highly. We have been taking our dog to this vet for 7 years now and the service level and attentiveness they deliver is consistently high and trustworthy. Our dog recently had a strange episode which happened at 11:30am on a Saturday, I called the vet knowing they close at 12:00pm - they told me to bring him in anyway, we got there at 11:55am - they saw him straight away, were able to diagnose his condition (Horners Syndrome) and checked him all over to reassure us. They then sent an email with additional information including emergency vets they would recommend in case his condition worsened over the weekend. They then called on Monday and Tuesday following up to make sure he was ok (he had made a full recovery and it was like nothing had happened). They are always very honest and realistic about costs and never try and upsell or do things unless its absolutely necessary. I feel its so rare to get this level of care or service now days and feel so grateful that they're our vet. If you are looking for a good vet, look no further.

We have brought our cat Bug here for a couple years now. All the staff we've interacted with have been lovely and genuinely want to help and care. We're low income earners and have never felt any judgement about that. They always work with us to make the best informed choice within our budget. I also like that they have a cat only waiting area and consult room, it rlly makes a difference for Bug. I feel super lucky that this is our local vet <3

I’ve visited Grantham Street Veterinary Clinic several times now, and every single experience has been exceptional. Every member of the team is genuinely caring, compassionate, and accommodating. They consistently go above and beyond, and it’s unlike any veterinary clinic I’ve visited before. A special thank you to Dr Emily, who recently treated my dog Lilly. She was incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and genuinely caring. She took the time to explain everything clearly, and I never felt rushed. In addition to that the follow-up care after the appointment was amazing, Dr Emily went above and beyond to check on Lilly and make sure she was recovering well, which gave me so much confidence that she was in the best hands. It’s clear that everyone at Grantham Street Veterinary Clinic truly cares about both their patients and their owners. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a veterinary clinic that combines outstanding medical care with genuine compassion.
